The tastier i make my diet, the longer the chances of sticking to it. Early morning green smoothies are something that i have introduced into my diet. It not only keeps me full but helps in detoxing.
I buy everything i need to put in the green smoothie once a week and make packets and freeze them. This makes my life easier and i am sorted for a week. Every morning i just need to blend it.
