Had been wanting to make a wheat sponge cake, which i made few days back. A very proud moment for me as i put whatever baking knowledge i have to make it as i did not have any recipe to follow.
Then few of my group friends asked me for an eggless option. Tried few and this is the recipe that gave a good result. Not as good as the wheat sponge cake with egg i must say. But it is not bad at all.
In a large mixing bowl whisk condensed milk, oil and vanilla extract well. To this with the help of a spatula mix in the flour mixture. Do not over mix. Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 25 to 30 mins or until the toothpick comes out clean.
